As you know, I absolutely love the Pleasure Assessor. It is beautifully written with lots of gentleness and humour, just like you. I resisted the temptation to rush on through it, and followed the advice to do each part on separate days. I really enjoyed spending time in part 1 thinking about how I would like to make completing part 2 a pleasure, and it felt like a real treat when I set things up the way I wanted to. I’m still at the pain pupa stage on part 3 owing to illness/Xmas/puppy but as I’m now feeling human again, I plan to restart it this week. Though I might need to go back and add ‘puppy training’ to the list of pains (both literally and otherwise…). I’ll report back again when I’ve had a good go at part 3.

So much happy, all over the place…..that you love it, that you set things up the way you wanted them, and that it felt like a real treat to do so.
Looking forward to hearing what comes out of part three
