oh joy. even just hearing your phrase 'duely and gently provoked' makes me happy
that there's also thoughts of 'letting myself have what I want and what brings me joy'......so, so very happy

My thoughts are duely and gently provoked.

I think I'm mainly exploring 1 and 5 at the moment...strange and wonderful realising how changing my perspective on things makes such a difference. Letting myself have what I want and what brings me joy.

Wow Pauline, selling your artwork, how fantastic!! Afraid I've got no idea on price, etc. How about wandering round a few local galleries and having a nosy at what pictures go for? Or maybe ask at Letchworth Art Centre?

And I'll be interested to see how Gold Nuggets pans out (geddit???)

Pleasure - I've started slowly regaining an element of normality partly by looking to do things in small chunks. Michael Nobbs' Get Sustainably Creative course has got me started on my creative footpath project. Bobby the puppy is roughly being more of a pleasure than a pain. He rested with me on the sofa last week when I didn't feel well and today he's been a gem whilst I got some work done.

Pain - Still some puppy nipping and toilet training issues. He also seems to be getting more stubborn about certain things and there's been a few stand-offs! My upper back and neck, so stiff but easing off after a week. A visit at the weekend - I looked after myself and it went ok, the pain is compassion.

Aaah, I hate being late as well. The worst was being late for a time management course I was running. Good reason though - horse had run on to the railway line!

Pleasure (at work)
I achieved all the things I really had to achieve this week, plus a few things I wanted to.

Pain (at work)
I wanted to do much more but didn't have the energy.
The frustration of delivering a course in a short amount of time that I knew could be so much better with more space. But having said that, the participants were happy.
Paying my tax bill!

Alison, lovely to see you, and your hug is very much appreciated, anytime. I think it's aching less and then I drive along behind a man on a motorbike and another wave rushes over me .....
So....your hug is coming at a good time. :)
