Working with me

When we work together I make written notes during coaching sessions and hold these in individual client files in a locked cabinet.

I keep these notes indefinitely for the purposes of continuity for any future work together.

From time to time, sometimes in January when life reviews are often happening, I contact previous clients by email to follow up, see how they are getting on and to offer encouragement.
